Physical Products

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at hello@crownedlifeholdings.com with your order number and reason for return. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
