We ship physical products within the U.S. and many of products are shipped to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, & New Zealand. Digital products are available worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can access them instantly.

How long does shipping take?

Physical orders are processed within 1–4 business days. We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–11 business days, and international orders within 3–20 business days. 

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Exact delivery estimates are displayed at checkout, and you can always find additional details in each product’s description.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Physical products can be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Note: The SacredFlow™ Pad and Bian Stone Massager are covered by our extended 30-Day Bliss Guarantee.

Digital products are non-refundable since they’re instant downloads.
